Ok, Jonathan … will do
However, my other account ronnienunn34 keeps popping up instead of NunnBetterRefs account which is the newest one.
Can I delete the info on the ronnienunn34 account totally as I trust it has no influence on my newest accountnd info for my NunnBetterRefs account, correct?

ronnienunn34Replied on April 23, 2019 at 7:43 PMThanks Jonathan on the ability to change my password.
Would you suggest I negate an earlier account totally, (ronnienunn34 which is mine) so my computer’s memory will only feature the NunnBetterRefs account?
Thanks!
Ronnie

This account/username must be popping up because of your browser's cache.
Try using an incognito or private browser, open the log in page https://www.jotform.com/login and log in to the other account.
