Rate limit confirmation

Just want to confirm that the submission rate limit for account site_codeorg is still disabled, as we expect a large influx of survey submissions in the coming weeks. Here are the two open threads where this was last discussed: #1 #2

If I understand correctly, you are saying that the rate limit exceeded issue on the form https://www.jotform.us/form/82047047793159 that belongs to username site_codeorg is still happening.

Per the developer's confirmation, it was resolved already as the account and form had been added to the excluded lists in rate limit checks.

To properly assist the issue on the account, I also recommend you log in to the correct account instead site_codeorg and report the issue at https://www.jotform.com/contact

The issue is not currently happening. I just wanted to confirm that the form is indeed still on the excluded list for rate limit checks. Since some time has passed since the last conversation, I imagined it's possible we could have been removed at some point.

I have also added annotation on the thread ticket so that the support members will be reminded and notified of this.

I'm not certain what the annotation you mention entails, but I'll take your response as positive confirmation that we are still on the excluded list.

Sorry for the confusion. There is a note/comment section that only us from support can see on the thread link i.e. on this thread

I have added a note that you confirmed that there is no issue on the rate limit check at this time and mentioned also that we should not remove the account in the rate limit checks lists in the future.

Yes I am just saying it is a positive confirmation.
