After someone enters all of their data in our form it goes over to PayPal which says "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later" and the data is deleted.

1/ What idiot writes things like that?

2/ I have no idea what to do about it.  Any suggestions?

3/ By coincidence, that last week a renter sent me just over $10K.  I tried to get that released to my bank account and got a similar dumb message.  Called them and the person at the help desk said "That's a lot of money.  Maybe you could try taking out smaller amounts several times or we could send a check but it will take a week or two"  which begs the question "Do I have any alternatives to PayPal?".

Make sure to enter the correct email address of your PayPal account. Also, check to ensure IPN is enabled in your PayPal account and that the account is able to accept payments at this time:

Regarding PayPal limits, I think that you can increase the limit to more than 10k if you convert your account into business PayPal.

As for other payment option, Jotform has a lot of integration with payment processors, you can replace PayPal and select your preferred payment options.
