New Inbox: The custom sender name and the email in Form defaults to JotForm name and email while sending a Reply/Fwd from Inbox

    Direct reply from Form Inbox or Submissions will always show 

    I did edit the form settings. The autoresponder sender name and address were successfully changed to what I want. 


    But when I replied from the FORM INBOX or SUBMISSIONS, the noreply is still there!


    Please advise

    Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    I was able to replicate the issue while testing it from a demo Form. Let me escalate this to our development team.

    We will keep you informed on the updates.

    Sender is not configurable on JotForm Inbox.
