My form is wonky and I'm not getting consistent results.

My form does not display as it does in the form builder.  It displayed fine in the past but it has changed it's appearance and I have not made any recent changes myself. It is also very hit or miss whether the form will submit (on desktop, pad or mobile). Submitters either get stuck with the loading icon after they hit the submit button or it goes through just fine.  I'm at a loss as to how to get consistent results from this form and are hoping you can take a look at it and help me solve this once and for all.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please share more information about how the form is not consistent between builder and preview?

If you're referring between previewing the form directly and when embedded, what is the embedding method that you're using? Since if it is source code, for example, that requires re-embedding the form with each change.

You can try re-embedding your form by using the iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

in builder, everything is aligned properly and it did display on our site perfectly until a few days ago when some of the questions and the check boxes are now not aligned (the first checkbox at the top and in the middle and lower portions of the form).  I have not made any changes to the form so I don't know why it would suddenly display differently.  I have tried both embed and iframe and it still does not display properly.  This happened before and I had to go in and redo all the questions again and then they straightened out.  I would like to not have to do that again.

You have CSS that increases the margin of all checkboxes in the form:

I commented it out in your form, please check and let us know how it worked.

    Thank you!

Thank you, that seems to have fixed the wonky issue.

There is still a problem with the form not consistently submitting. I don’t know if it is the form or something on our end.  We have invisible captcha widget and then it should redirect submitters to our thank you page. Sometimes it goes through but other times it just hangs.

Could you please share, if you experience the issue again, the console report from your browser, when the issue occurs, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

So we can see what could be the cause.

    Thank you!
