Previously, the user could hide empty form fields in the "single submission" view. At this time, only the user can hide these fields using the new "PDF Editor" and the new "Inbox" view. However, the user would like to be able to hide the empty form fields on the "JotForm Sheets" when printing the submission.

In addition to hiding blank fields (I found this feature in the PDF Editor), I need descriptions and instructions to be hidden in the printed version as was the case in the old version of JotForm.

We have a lengthy workbook form which requires instructional paragraphs that clutter and lengthen the printed summary in the new version of JotForm. I must revert to the old version of JotForm to produce a concise response list to be used for quick reference.

    Thank you!

I have it! I spent more time with the PDF Editor and have it figured out. Thank you!

I have been working with PDF Editor for our workbook. I am finding that the editor scrambles the order of some submission questions in our lengthy workbook.
