You seem to have opened a dispute regarding the latest subscription made to your account. Actually, the payment is not yet in our account because of that and it will only slow the process of your refund. If jotform charged you unexpectedly through PayPal then this is because of PayPal processor payment.
To completely cancel the subscription (I-E15TY1NCXE7Y), please cancel it on your PayPal dashboard.
