The email body is not saving

    Email content is complete on the Settings tab, then saved and published but it doesn't save properly so the emails come through incomplete. The form seems to clear once when the browser is shut down

    Could you please delete the notification email and create a new one. Do let us know how it goes.

    Actually, there is a limit on the length of the Email Notification. Emails cannot contain more than 65.536 characters in their source code. The template that you are trying to use has 86,732 characters. It is possible that due to the mentioned limitation part of your email Notification is cut off.  There is no way to allow the email content to exceed the characters limit, even though everything is shown in the edit mode, when the actual submission arrives, whatever characters are over the limit will not be shown in the notification.

    I can only suggest you customize your email Notification and remove some fields or to split fields into two Notifications. 

    You can also attach PDF report, that will contain submitted data, inside of email Notification.
