I created a form with "terms and conditions" - the client then clicks on the I Agree to the above

When the form is submitted - I can't see the terms and conditions anymore?

How can i add it to so that it pulls through once submitted?

Exactly where are you unable to see the terms and conditions when your form is submitted? Inside of the Email Notification? You added the terms and conditions text to your form using a Text field and the Text fields will not be shown inside of the Email alerts. Only the input fields are shown inside of the Email alerts by default. If you want to show the text from the Text field inside of the Email Notification, you will have to edit your email template and manually add the text.
