PDF fields populated w/ form data

I have reviewed your learning material and I haven't seen what I need - even though I feel it's possible with your system.

I have a PDF that is a government form ( Already created)

I would like the form to be filled out by the user - THEN - the final product is presented in a downloadable PDF.

Process:  USER FORM -> DATA FILLS IN PDF --> PDF is available for download.

QUESTION: can I have the PDF fields populated with user form data?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. If you want to create a PDF document to send with the form submitted data, you may create one from the PDF editor.

Im sorry, let me try again...

I wan the USER to create a form ( which will have variable data, Name, Adrees, Phone..etc) 

and that will fill out the online form and then download the final PDF.

The quwstion is that I need the final form to be the exact government form ( PDF)

The forms are avail but they are too complicated for users to fill out -- this jot form will be an easy form - broken into steps...

Once the form is filled and submitted by the user, the information shall be stored in your account and you may generate a PDF document as per your requirement. 

If you are referring to the already existing PDF forms and populate the data to them, unfortunately, it is not possible with JotForm.
