HIPAA Forms: The submission data is not getting transferred to the Google Sheet Integration

    This is a big issue and it has happened to us before but it appears that we have lost integration between JotForms and Google Sheets.  PLUS, when completing the forms (hitting the submit button), the form or webpage just goes to white --- we don't see the thank you page.

    We are a HIPPA compliant account.  Here is just one of the forms:


    Please look through these notes --- there is a forum post with over 40 responses going on for over 3 months

    until we got a resolution to this problem.

    Thanks for the immediate response.....

    The only good that came out of this is that we went back and checked how the many forms that we are using are actually being integrated to Google Sheets.  So that is good.  We tend to use Zapier for that only because we can put multiple forms (i.e., multiple tabs) on a single sheet for easier use by our staff.  (just a hint for your developers); we had some that are direct connections using Jotform directly to Google Sheets
