Emails sent to Spam

    All of a sudden (April 2019) my emails are going to JUNK. These are emails that I have normally been receiving and are valid. And today, many of my emails are bouncing to "reply all" that I am sending to my work group (not even set up as a group -- simply replying to an email with 7 recipients).

    What's going on with google mail?

    Hi Randi,

    Thank you for reaching out to our support forum! I do see that you were on the guide, How-to-Prevent-Emails-from-Landing-in-Gmail-s-Spam-Folder , were you able to try this option? 

    If you have already done so then you can proceed to remove the specific email from the bounce list. Below there is a guide on how to achieve this. Please let us know if the issue persists.

    No --this did not work because I am not a member of JotForm. When I tried to follow the instructions, it didn't work because I have never signed up for this. So now I am more confused. Sorry!

    Also, I added names to to filters to never send to SPAM, but that does not seem reasonable to have to continue to add every email that has come to INBOX until just recently. My filters would take me all day to add each wrong-to-SPAM address if i put them all in! Thanks again for any help you might give.

    Oh, I see, you are having the issue with your Google mail account. My apologies for that oversite, I did some research on this issue for you. It looks like Google Support suggested a few things other than setting up filters. Below are two links that can assist you further.

    Thanks for this -- But I went there before ever posting this issue initially. It seems as though  I am not the only one with this issue -- It may be that my G-Suite email is different from my Google one email. Now that G-Suite is no more, is this what happened to cause the email spam/junk / bounce issues?

    Just to clarify, emails being sent from our domain is being sent to spam/junk or being bounced? Or are you getting an issue when you try to send an email from your account to others (7 recipients as you mentioned before) you get an error? 

    This might be an error on Gmail (Google Mail). Please reach out to them via these links to make sure that G-suite is not affecting your regular Gmail account.
