not getting emails for all forms submitted

    we made an approval form, and when a customer is submitting forms, we are not getting all the email notices that the form has come thru. we have found them in the inbox when logging into jot form, but we are not getting the email notices. we get the email notices for most of the forms, but a few we are not getting the notice.

    I checked our email logs for your account and it looks like the emails are being sent.  There have been a few reports to day of emails being filtered to spam, more than usual.  Check your spam/junkmail folder to see if the emails are being filtered there.
