PDF form customization

We are having serious issues when we download our form to PDF, your PDF customizing options are extremely limited. On our free Google form we were able to put the same information we have now on 3 pages, however with JotForm the same information now takes up 23 pages. We can not place fields next to each other, everything is vertical without option. There are many blank spaces, page breaks are incorrect, and signature initials take 1/3 of the entire page, and there is no way to make them smaller. We need this resolved urgently. We do not know if you maybe have an HTML configuration option like on Google. Please provide us a solution. Thank you.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Our PDF editor is actually highly customizable, you can move fields around, resize them etc.

Also, you can create a new PDF document with default layout:

I just tested and it will create PDF with minimal white space in the PDF.

Please try and let us know if you experience any further problems.

    Thank you!

You can't place fields side by side, on signature initial the resize option
simply does whatever it wants. This is not highly customizable, the fact
that you can move fields up or down a row doesn't make it highly
    customizable.

Yes, you can place fields side by side. You have to resize the field first so there's enough room for the other fields to place in.

    Example:

    Same with the signature.
