Coupons not working

I setup a coupon that says you have to spend 70.  If so you get 62.50 off.  I got test it and make the total 69 which should not work.  Not only does it work but then make the total 0.  The coupon is setup for the total order as is the discount.  Why is this happening.  I do not have time for this for people need access to this form today.

I have checked your form and it seems that the discount code works correctly.
