URGENT: issue with page redirect

It looks to me that something has changed system wide (internal upgrade?) with page redirects. Neither of the pages mentioned below were modified in the last several days. The following are my settings:

On First page "Thank You Page" Redirects to external link. It opens second jotform page with parameters passed from first page. Starting either yesterday evening or this morning it redirects to https://hipaa.jotform.com/submit/90656486672167/ 

where 90656486672167 is an id for the first page.

It means that redirects functionality stopped working. Please confirm ASAP. 

Any solution that I can implement?

The submission issue should now be resolved.  If there is any continued trouble submitting forms, let us know and we can take another look.
