I have not received the last two notifications when the forms were completed. This is not the first time this has happened, occasionally this happens for no rhyme or reason.

I checked our email logs for your account and it does look like the emails are sending from our end. There have been a few reports of emails being sent to spam/junkmail, check to see if the emails are being filtered there. If they are, mark them as "Not Spam" or your email providers equivalent and they should no longer be filtered.
