Inconsistent notifications?

    One of our forms is sending inconsistent notifications for emails. For example, I received a notification for a submission but my coworker with the same settings as myself did not. Later in the day, the same coworker received a notification for a new submission and I did not. I have looked up the settings and everything looks fine. I'm not sure what's causing the inconsistency but we need it to be fixed ASAP. Can you help?

    Hi @mcochrane!

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domains. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders? Since you are using your own email ID as the sender so please check the settings of your SMTP email address.

    You may try configuring the default JotForm emails / to see if you are able to receive emails if you are switching to this.
