email notifications do not seem to be working today. Is there something going on that we can remedy?

    Hi @Cmstoker!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. There was a known issue with HIPAA compliant forms today. The issue was fixed earlier today, could you please let me know if you are still not receiving the email notifications? Were you able to receive the submissions themselves?

    Hi Denis. We were able to view the submissions and the email notifications started working again shortly after I sent the question to support. Everything appears to be working normally now. Thank you for your quick response!
