I want to add a way to present a password

What I am looking to do is make my form operate in two fashions.  One will be for clients that are members and are not required to put in a credit card. and ones that do not have a membership that it requires them to put a credit card in to submit the form.  This would be on the job turn in form.  Is this possible?

As far as I understand, you would like to collect payments on form based on user's reply. This is possible. To do so, please add a payment field and a conditional statement to show it. Here is related guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Please also note that collecting credit card details with regular plain text fields is not allowed due to our PCI compliance.
