    I received a letter from you saying that we reached the monthly limit but that's not true.

    I didn't use more than 100 per month.

    Please, can you confirm that I can keep using the platform please?

    That was just a noticed saying that you've almost reached your limit, and not precisely telling you have reached the limit. We did this for all accounts that reached 90% of their limits in the account.
