Fake info on forms

    I have recently had someone start using my company name, email, phone number, and more when they fill out availability forms. Not one actual piece of identifiable info about them, is there a way to make it so they cannot type certain things? For example in the email space, it will not let them type my email, any other one is fine but it wouldn't let them type that email AND submit the form? Mostly it is annoying, I get out 2-3 of these at a time now.

    Hi @Tullerd!

    There are a few ways we can combat this. You can make your email field to be a Unique Question field, which will allow only one submission with that email address. To turn it on, please go to form Settings>Show More Options>scroll down to Unique Question and set it to your email entry field (usually Email).

    Another way you can prevent this from happening is to set up a condition to hide the Submit button if the email that is entered if your email. Here is a screencast to illustrate this:
