    Hello,

I am the VP of a junior football league. We just took over the league and would like to streamline our registration to make it easier for busy parents who may not be able to physically come to an actual registration date. I alreay have our form created on my laptop. Would it be possible to take our pre-existing form and convert it over to a fillable form and add a payment option that would go straight into to our account? Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Is that an HTML form or a PDF? If it's an HTML form, you may be able to convert that into an online form using our clone from a webpage feature below.

However, if it's a PDF, import is possible, but the resulting format will still be a PDF. If you need to have an HTML/online version of that, you will have to re-create the form from scratch.

Would you mind sharing the form? If it's PDF, attachment is not possible in this forum so please send that to support@jotform.com. Add Thread #1802935 in the subject line as your reference.
