Why not see any recurring payments in square account?

    Hi there, 


    I set up recurring payments with Square and jot forms and tested it today using the live mode and have yet to see the payment in my square account but can see the form is filled out and also received the notifications. 

    Is there more I need to do for the payment to show in square?

    Hi @ScrapandGrow,

    I checked your Form and the setup for the Square Integration is set up correctly.

    One thing you want to make sure when you are looking at your Square dashboard is to check the correct Business location (Scrap & Goat Compost) that is linked to your Square account.

    You might also want to contact Square as well to see about the payments.

    I was on the phone with square for a good hour and was not able to get any answers. they said to give it time to integrate which is something different than what you are saying. 

    I was certainly logged into the right square account and am not able to see the sale or customer anywhere. 

    Please advise.

    Did you see the payment under Sales > Transaction tab? Here's a video tutorial of Square payment recurring option sample

    no which is why I am sending you a message. I followed your tutorial when I set up the form. Everything is set up correctly according to the video but the sales are not showing in square. 

    do you have a support number I can call please?

    Hi @ScrapandGrow,

    Unfourtantly, We do not have phone support at this time. I do apologize for the issues you are experiencing. 

    We double checked your form and the setup you did for the Square Integration and it is set up correctly. We also see the submission data coming in as well.

    One suggestion is you could redo the integration again. See if that fixes the issue, the other option would be to contact the Square support for further assistance.
