404 error showing when downloading the uploaded PDF files

    It is giving me 2 links for one file and I cannot get either to pull even though it should only be one document.

    I'm not quite certain but most of the time issues like this occur on the user's end. The files were not properly uploaded or were interrupted before the form was submitted so the actual files were not sent to the server. What we can suggest is to contact the user and ask to re-upload the files.

    I have also escalated this to our technical team to further verify the existence of the files. There's no guarantee of recovering the files yet so we ask your patience on this matter until we provide updates.

    The filename was separated by the comma. All settings are fixed now. Please try it on your side and let us know if the issue persists.
