Submit form - print/clear form buttons not showing up

    I'm hoping someone can help me determine why the "print" and "Reset" buttons are not showing up. I have both of them turned on but when I am on the last element of the form only the "submit" button shows up. 

    The 'thank you' page does not display these buttons either. 

    Is this a problem with the type of form I am using (product form-2)?

    As can be seen in the screenshot image, it says that Button Elements are not available for Card Form layout.

    Print/Reset buttons will only show up when using Classic form layout.

    If you require Printing the form layout, you will need to change first your current form to Classic form layout.
