Need a form with price calculation but no actual purchase.

Hello, I have a client who wants to put several products on his website but not actually sell them. It's kind of a long story, but he has products that have prices, then the buyer will select what they want, click submit but the form will go to my client who will evaluate if their client ordered the right product, and then he will call them to confirm the order and collect funds. I know it's very odd but that is the way they want to do it for now.

So my question is, I would like to have everything function like a payment form, with the customer being able to select a product, quantity and have their total dollar amount showing to them, but then submit the form which will go to my client's email. I'm really looking for the calculation part, so if someone wants 2 of item 1, 3 of item 4, then the total price is displayed to them.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks so much

    Annette

Yes, this is possible. Use "Purchase Order" field that will act like payment field, but will not redirect you to any payment checkout.
