How to share my form submission result with others ?

I have a form collecting data from my organization. I want to share the form with others who can login to the system and see previous submission. They should be able to see different data with different criteria. Such as one of them could review all submission from male and another could see all the submission from female. I do not want them see each other's data. How could I do it?
