I have created a form that will allow a department to request a graduate assistant. However, the department requests need to be reviewed by a committee. After a request is approved, our students need to be able to view them in a list report format.
In other words, although the form will collect all requests, only those that are approved are viewable in the list report. Is it possible to do that?

You might consider creating the report using the Visual report which has the option to filter the report.
