I have a questionnaire that is only meant to be filled out 1 time per 30 days.
However, I have this same questionnaire attached to several of my posts and to an offer.
Since Jotform has a setting that allows us to have Jotform check for prior submissions based on cookies and IP address, for those people that have already submitted the form, is there a way for Jotform to recognize that and then bring them immediately to the end of the form where I have a message with my offer link so that they can still click it if they want to ?
I hope that you understand what I'm trying to get at.
Thank you in advance for your help with this issue.

Hello Alannah,
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to redirect users within a form if they have submitted it earlier. But, you could apply some conditional logic to redirect users to a page. For example, you can add a question to your form asking if user has previously submitted a form and if the answer is yes - skip to the page you need:

I'm implementing, but have run into a major glitch.
When I went to implement 2 simple conditions, they were working fine at
first. Then, it turned into this when I went to Preview:

Please help.

Also, here's a shot of the form as it should look. It's got 1 hidden
field. It was working fine up until the last preview.

I am sorry, but we have not received the screenshots. Can you please open this link in your browser to upload them? www.jotform.com/answers/1803395
As I check the form, it seems to work correctly, Once 'interrupted' option is selected, form redirects to the page. We will wait for your reply.
