JotForm Inbox: The downloaded submission can't be displayed in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    The user has reported that he/she can't display the downloaded submission in Adobe Acrobat Reader and he/she receives an error message which says "Unable to load the form. You may not have access to view this form".

    I have checked the user's form and tested the issue. I have downloaded the submission in Print version and in PDF Document version. The PDF Document version downloaded and displayed successfully.

    However, when I have downloaded the submission in Print version, I was not able to open the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    I have cloned the form and tested the issue with the clon form. The issue does not occur on the clon form.
