Hi im really new to this so apologies if i am missing something really simple

I am trying to add an encryption to form I have created however when it asks for my password it doesnt like it.

I know what my login password is but if I look at my profile it shows a 5 digit password (I appreciate this maybe a default). I would not have created a 5 digit password

Could you please confirm is there are different passwords or should it be the same password used for logging into my account. If so then I dont know why it would accept the password for creating an encryption.

Please note that it is required to enter the account registered password to enable the form encryption though it is a 5 digit password. I have tested it on my test account from my end which seems to be working normally. If you are still experiencing any issue, please try changing the password and see if that works.

Also, please refer to the guide below for more information on form encryption.
