The user has reported that he/she can't change the language of the account. The account is in German on the user's end.

I have checked the user's account and I was not able to replicate the issue.

However, the issue persists on the user's end. The user wants to use Jotform in English, but the language settings convert to German. The following screenshot was sent by the user.
