Forms report by recipient

Hello,

I do have a form with conditions, on which the form is sent to different emails. Is it possible to get a report with form recipient value (or to filter)?

I am not sure if I understood the exact requirement but if you want to generate a list of the email notifications sent for a form with the list of recipient details, this would not be possible.
