Is it possible to disable the form for one customer but to use this same form for other customers and so on?

The 2d problem we have is :
We want to disable the possiblity to confirm the appointment after some time .. like a deadline ( for example : customer must confirm  wihtin 2 hours) 
Disable the form after some time is not a real issue but it could be that we use the same form at the same time for another customer. 

is it possible to disable the form for one customer but to use this same form for other customers and so on ... ?

Please note that disabling the form is universal and it shall disable access access to all users. If you want to restrict the form for specific users based on time frame and/or customer information, you may try setting up conditions to show /hide the fields on the form including Submit button.
