How do I print all sections of form?

I have a client that I've built a form for. When they print the form, if the person filling it out hasn't filled a section or clicked some options, those parts don't print.

They need the entire form to print just as I have built it, no matter what has been filled out.

Is this possible with your software? I have assured them your solution was the right one for them and I hope it is because I think they've already paid for two years of service! If they can't do this, I'm afraid they won't be happy at all.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to the PDF report generated after submitting the form? If so, you may customize the PDF report from the PDF editor by following the guide below:

If you want to display all the fields from the form in the PDF report, you may disable the option 'Hide empty form fields' in the PDF designer.
