Hi,
Is there a way to combine two forms into one?
Thanks!

Do you want to copy the field on one form to another?
You may do so by using this APP https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager
However, if you want to connect the two forms you may use URL parameter to populate the form fields.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Hope this information helps.
If this doesn't answer your question, kindly please explain further your inquiry.

Hi Richie,
Thanks for getting back. I would like to add one form to another. Specifically, I would like the two forms, Select Testing (Candidate & Recruiter) and Select Testing (Client & Recruiter) together to be one larger form. The guides you sent me didn't seem to address the issue. Could you combine them for me?
Thank you!

Our field manager app would allow for copying the fields from one form into another form:
https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager
This would be the only way to combine the contents from one form with another form. That app does not copy any conditions or styling associated with the fields.
