My form is not delivering email. Could you help me?

    My form here:

    Is indeed sending payments to my Square account but is not sending email.

    I have an email element on the form.

    Under Settings, I have created an "Autoresponder" email.

    When I click the "Test Email" button, I do indeed receive a test email.

    My form is not in sandbox mode. When I order something from the form, I do not receive this autoresponder email. What am I missing? Can you help me? Thanks!

    The custom URL link you provided is not working. Is your issue related to this form - https://www.jotform.us/form/91084399173162?

    I checked the email logs and the most recent Autoresponder Email was sent successfully. I also tested your form and I received an Autoresponder Email. From the email logs, I can see that your Autoresponder was previously not set correctly because the Email field was not set as the Recipient Email inside of the Autoresponder Email settings.

    Fixed! The issue indeed was "the Email field was not set as the Recipient Email inside of the Autoresponder Email setting." Thank you!
