I would like the user to fill out my product order form, and when complete - I would like the response to be sent to a separate email address (our sales team) to notify them of a new order.
Is this at all possible?

If you are looking forward to changing the email address in the email notification, please follow the steps below:
Go to Settings >> Emails >> Edit
Change the email address in the recipient's tab:
