I was having an issue with my form being submitted with large files (500-900MB Zips) along with the PDF and a Image File as well along with each submission, the form is set to send it to a folder with the attachments on my google drive which is only partially working. Everything is going to the Google Drive except for the large zip files, it is available in the link to it on the Amazon server from the form but it is not transferring to my google drive. This only happens on large files. Small files everything is fine.
When there is a large file attachment it works on jotforms but fails to transfer just the large file attachments to my google drive. I have plenty of space and have to do it manually each time.
Thank you for your helpPage URL:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
This may be due to API limitations (set by thrid party services sucha s google). As an example, Dropbox has a limitation with files over their API. (150MB per file). So in the case of our Dropbox integration, only files smaller then their limit can be sent through our integration.
I have forwarded your question to our dev team for confirmation on the subject. Please stand by for their response!

I would suggest to re-integrate your form to Google Drive as well, if it's ok. We have transferred our server to a new more powerful data center so I am thinking re-updating the integration on your form might help fixed the incosistency issue of the file upload.
Our higher team will also get back to you with the details of the Google Drive File Size Limits. Thanks and apologies for the incoveniences caused.

I've checked the api documentation for Google Drive and they haven't documented an upload size limit (although it should exist). I suspect the problem is with the upload connectio being interrupted due to long upload time it takes (network problems maybe). As Elton said, we have renewed our infrastructure and the problem doesn't seem to occur in my test cases. Can you please update this thread if you are still having the problem?
