Only the most recent 500 submissions are being shown for our forms

Well what's happening is that we cannot find how many people made the form that we already shared the right link, what i know is that it should show the amount of submissions we have until now, but i do not know why isn't showing.

How can i fixed this?

It's important to say that in this form, we don't have 500 subimissions, but in another that we made last year, yes.

I just want to know, if that could be the problem the limit of submissions, and if is not how can we fix this as soon as possible?

Free accounts can only store up to 500 submissions total.  If that amount is exceeded, only the most recent 500 submissions would be shown.  I temporarily restored all your submissions and the correct total should be shown.  Older submissions will be hidden again within 24 hours unless the account is upgraded.
