Conditionally hidden fields are made mandatory and not allowing to submit the form

    Hi,

There's a bug in the CarePlanner Customer Survey form we have created.  If you answer 'yes' to the question 'do you use CarePlanner' then the star ratings for various questions about CarePlanner are mandatory/required (they shouldn't be and there's nowhere in the build or conditions to indicate this).

Worse still, even if you fill these in correctly, the form will not submit 'due to errors on the form' but there are no pages in error and no indication of where these errors are occurring.

I've gone through the logic and checked for hidden mandatory fields, etc. but there's really nothing.  It must be a bug!  Can you resolve this please?

    Cheers,

    Marc

I have checked your JotForm and see that the star ratings and other fields displayed by the answer 'Yes' for 'Do you use CarePlanner' are not mandatory on the form. As I tried cloning your JotForm to my account and tested, it seems to be working fine at my end. Could you check once again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issue? We will be happy to take a look again.

    Thanks!

    Hi Kiran,

The survey is working perfectly now.  Perhaps there was some caching when I'd last tested it?

    Cheers,

    Marc
