RSVP emails not being recieved

Guys, can you pls help and call me asap? It is the end of the month, we sending thousand emails. If you wont be able to call me, then we have to change to another platform. I have never had issues with jotform in the past. 

But in this case, we would rather pay higher rate for constant contact for their RSVP feature. Please call me at 917 239 5552. Thnak you.
