Customers receiving a Square payment Error: access token is missing.

That error message is shown when the integration is not connected to your Square account, but it seems like yours is already connected and in Live mode:
Could you check with Square support if there is something in your account that is not enabled? Let us know what they say.

Thank you! That is super helpful! Actually, I was asking for someone else who was having the issue. Mine has always worked, so I didn't know where to direct her. Thanks for your help!
