How do I add other recepients to get completed forms?

I am on a certain account (a silver plan I believe) and should have complete access to add other people to receive a JotForm I am building, but it is saying I have to upgrade my account to have that ability. Could you please help?

I have checked the form you linked and I confirmed that it belongs to your account (ploe1790). However, upon checking further, it appears that your account is on a free subscription. Also, I see no traces that your account was upgraded before. Perhaps you are referring to another account? If so, we can move the form you linked to that account. Just let us know.
