Users are not receiving autoresponse emails.

    We have several hundred forms for our affiliates, and I have had several in the last two days tell me that the customer is receiving the confirmation email, but the submission email is not getting to them, and isn't in their spam folder.  Is there an issue we should be aware of?

    Can you please share to us the email address of the users who are not receive autoresponse email? It could be a possible issue on their domain as I receive it without any issue.

    The customer is receiving the confirmation email, the affiliate is not receiving the order form.  In this case signgypsies.deerpark@yahoo.com has missed three orders today that are not in spam.

    Yes I can see this as well, but our affiliates, and not just this location, have not received the emails and are missing out on orders placed, which in turn is money lost for them.

    Since the emails are being sent from our end without any issue, there might be an issue at the receiving server end with JotForm email address. You may try setting up an SMTP sender email address to send the email notifications/autoresponders so that the emails shall be sent using your email address.
