Hello JotForm support
I'm just creating a new form and have some problems. First, the online version doesn't show the changes I made in edit mode. Is there a time lag until the changes are online (I have always cleared my browser cache and that shouldn't be the problem)? Another problem is that I have added a logo that is displayed in edit mode, but not in the online version.

Our apologies. We are aware of the issue and we've already reported this problem to our backend team. We'll inform you here once we have an update on this.
In the meantime, please try changing the form URL from https://form.jotformeu.com or https://eu.jotform.com to https://www.jotformeu.com or https://www.jotform.com.
