The link to the form is no longer working

    The link was working yesterday and now we get an error message

    It is because the name of the form has been changed from Summer Horse Camp Enrollment Form to Horse Camp Enrollment Form.

    Please use this link instead https://form.jotform.com/narswebsite/horse-camp-enrollment-form.

    I changed it after it stopped working on my site. I changed it back to original url and I'll see if that works
