Why am I not getting an auto-response email?

    Is this the form you're working on?


    I checked that form and see that you have email condition, you can put the email recipient like this (see screenshot below).

    Value: Keith@wergps.com,ChrisJ@eChoiceUSA.com,Wanda@wergps.com

    Separate the email using comma (,)

    Also, be sure to add another email condition for the option of your field 14. You only have one email condition for that field, if the user has chosen another option then no email or notification will be sent to you.
