Deleted all uploads but still showing no space

Hi, We ran out of upload space so I deleted those fields and the associated files along with them but it is still showing that we have no space left.  Can you please assist.

It looks like the form https://www.jotform.us/form/82529169040154 is still some submissions uploaded with the files. As I tried recounting the uploaded space, it is displaying the over the limit. Also, please check if you have any deleted forms along with the submissions uploaded with files.

You may be required to delete more submissions from the above mentioned form to clear the storage space. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.

Hi,  I don't think you are understanding. I didn't delete the submissions. I deleted the elements in the form where they had been uploading files.  When I deleted those elements it also deleted the uploaded files within the submissions.  Those files were what was causing the upload space to fill up.  So now why is the upload space still full?

The file uploads will be retained until the submission associated with the upload is removed.  Though the field was removed, the data is still stored in your account until the submission is deleted.  It is not currently possible to remove only the file upload from a submission.

So- I deleted all the submissions for that one form but now on our website it is only showing the one form and not my other two forms.  It shows I'm below the upload limit so Why?

I cleared your form caches and all the embedded form works now as expected. Can you please check and see if the issue persists on your end?
